Summer is here and with it come the summer camps, the holidays, the sun and the funny times. FunnyAfternoons say goodbye but we want to do it in the best possible way, with a great farewell party. And what can not miss at a party? THE CONFETTI!
Let's build our own confetti cannon. You will need: the tubes of a roll of toilet paper, a balloon, glue tape, coloured paper and scissors. How will we do it?
1. The first thing we will do is cut the bottom of the balloon so that the opening part is wider.
2. Place the balloon at one end of the tube so that it remains as a membrane that covers the entire hole.
3. With the glue tape we secure the balloon to the cardboard tube.
4. With the scissors, we cut very small pieces of paper to make the confetti. If we have varied papers of many colours, it will be funnier!
5. Now it only remains to check that it works, to make it stretch the balloon and when you let it go, the confetti will go off. You can do this as many times as you want.
Once we have the confetti ready ... the party can start! Choose the song that you like the most, the one that reminds you the most it is summer time and that makes you dance; dress up with the most characteristic clothes of summer: diving goggles, swimsuit, float, towel.... and prepare the mobile phone! Hey! And don't forget to use the confetti cannon! If you want to, you can also send us photos or videos of other activities from School at Home or the FunnyAfternoons you have done. With everything you send us, we will make a video that we will publish on the social networks.
But don't go yet! In order not to miss the rhythm during the holidays, we suggest an activity you can do during the summer: create your summer diary. And we give you two options:
- Analogy option: take the notebook you like best and use it as a newspaper. You can paste photos, entries, draw or write every day what you liked the most about the day.
- Digital option: help yourself with an app like "1 second everyday". With this application, you can record a video of a second every day and even put a little text. When summer ends you can create a summary video with the best second of each day.
